2021 Goals:
START eat less carbo, salt, sugar and fat
QUIT critisize something, appreciate more
VISIT more peacefull place like mountain and lake
LEARN to meditate twice everyday
TRY to reduce time using phone
BE an intimate father to our kids
EAT more fruit and vegetables
IMPROVE gratitude and surrender
MAKE more mindfull drawing
GIVE more time to family
