- PM 8000h C2 STA (Januari)

- TA service Serang C30 C40 (Februari)

- Support soaking C303B to increase performance boost compressor collaboration with TMG (

- service 4000hr and support engine change out 302C

- support purging compressor C-302A when repair venting line due to corroded

- RCA recommendation replace limit switch C-301B from magnetic to mechanical type limit switch

- follow up RCA recommendation C-302C to install clamp at surge control valve

- involved in RCA shutdown C-301A by malfunction some Pressure Transmitters due to water condensation at PT terminal. 

- verification plain head CO2 bottles of all turbine compressors as recommended in Solar Bulletin. 

PROJECT

- Manage MOC Air Dryer. Coordination with Procurement team for purchasing. 

- Maintain MOC V107. Coordination with Engineer to discuss the spec. --》 MOC cancel due to the PCV already come. PCV was replaced by the brand new. 

- Replaced Server Computer for PLC Production & CP colaboration with PCN Engineer. 

- Replaced SDV of Gas Lift from Foxtrot to Bravo. Coordination with Machine Shop to fabricate support and assembly actuator and valve. Replaced during Attaka remote partial turn around/shutdown. 

- Support WTU (water treatment unit) project at Bravo. Reactivation and ensure control system and all safety devices of oily water pump and hydrocycline are in placed and functioning.

- Support WTU project at CP. Troubleshoot and ensure all control system are functioning. 

- Coordinate with 3rd party DKM to fabricate Juliet Gross Header SDV due to leaking. Still on fabrication at DKM workshop. 

- support reactivation and commisioning Test Separator Hotel Refurbishment. Provide control system (PCV, LCV, meter, etc) and reinstall all safety devices and functioning. 

- Attaka Optimization and commisioning project V88 as KOD (Attaka CP lowering pressure). PLC online editing, hardware installation and commissioning, coordination with FE&C. 

- Order DVC 6200 for pcv 1106 cp and install liquid trap to improve reliability of fuel system for turbine compressor at Compressor Platform.

- Fabricated spool and replace regulator air supply Lima Platform to improve reliability of instrument air system to prevent unplanned LPO. 

-  With FMG review gas meter over scale and replacement FE1103 outgoing gas to Santan to improve post Attaka Optimization Project. 

- UB-STS reactivation. Prepare safety devices. 

- Manage MOC for unused LSHH Gross Separator at Juliet Platform. 

- Upgrade PC Attaka telemetri and coriolis meter Production Platform. 

- Replace monitor TT4000 VLP-1600 Turbine Compressor FS

- Project well reactivation FS-4 dan FS-8

- Reactivation D6, FS12, FS5

- support well reactivation D3 dan C11

EXTRACURICULER

- Support repair HV cable at Hotel, cable for Juliet and Delta. Coordination with Construction and Kota Minyak.

- Support replacement of Trafo LQ colaboration with Electric team. 

- Support project Trafo purification LQ at Production. 

- Review PM set up ata Hotel Platform to activate and deactivate some PM schedule. 

TROUBLESHOOT

- troubleshoot LT-1501 CP vent scrubber due to malfunction (ditemukan kabel kendor) 

- troubleshoot Lima PSHH Gross malfunction

- repair broken cable PT559 A/C karena ditabrak kapal

- troubleshoot VLP PT breakaway dan vibration

- troubleshoot (setting up) positioner Surge control 301A. 

- repair SDV 1408 gas buy back from CP to Alpha

- troubleshoot C-301B due to secondary fuel valve suspected leaking

- shutdown by HS-13 due to malfunction

- inspect LCV V88 due to not flowing the stream.

- repair SDV Incoming Oil from Juliet at Hotel

- optimization air dryer deadline agar di drain prior purchasing new air dryer completed. 

MATERIAL

- Provide material list well accessesories for milky well reactivation. Coordination with procurement team to order. 

- Provide material list for instrumentation 2018 to ensure NO instrument equipment have enough spare part and running smoothly during EOC. 

- ESAR some spare part (gas detector, actuator SDV Juliet, trafo LQ at Prod, air dryer, back pack).
